No CommentsI am honoured to have been appointed by Mr Speaker, the Rt Hon John Bercow MP to the Panel of Chairs. Members of the Panel of Chairs are responsible for chairing Delegated Legislation Committees, Debates in Westminster Hall and Public Bill Committees.
