The Shadow Leader of the House, Chris Bryant MP was granted an Urgent Question by Mr Speaker. On 11 February 2016 the leader of the House chose to send the Minister, John Penrose, the Parliamentary Secretary at the Cabinet Office. It was recently announced that following a Care Quality Commission inspection at the Manor Hospital that the Hospital was placed in special measures. This means that the hospital has not achieved the standards expected.
