The Slavery and Human Trafficking (Definition of a Victim) Regulations came before the House on Monday 4 July 2022.

Equal Playing Field challenge gender inequality in sport and promote sports development for girls and women around the world, implementing grassroots training and empowerment programmes. EPF held a reception on 4 July 2022 to celebrate recent achievements in women’s sport and champion equality.

On 4 July 2012, scientists at the Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire (European Council for Nuclear Research, CERN) announced the discovery of the Higgs boson. On Monday, UK Research and Innovation held a reception to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the discovery, one of the most significant scientific achievements of recent decades. 

The Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill proposes to end legal proceedings concerning Troubles-related conduct and provide conditional immunity from prosecution for those who cooperate with investigations conducted by a newly established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery. The Bill concluded its Committee Stage and had its Report Stage and Third Reading on Monday 4 July 2022.
