Junction 9 of the M6 Raised in Parliament

On Thursday 2 July 2015 at Questions to the Leader of the House I raised the closure of southbound entry slip road at Junction 9 of the M6:
“Can we have a statement on the roadworks on the M6 and particularly on the slip road at Junction 9. There does not seem to be anyone working on it or under it. I have written to Highways England, the Secretary of State and the Council. Could he please tell me who is in charge.”
The Leader of the House:
“I know it is immensley frustrating for motorists when there are roadworks and there are apparently no works taking place. I am sure the Secretary of State and other ministers will take note of her remarks.”
