Valerie intervenes in Back bench debate on Court Closures

At the Backbench debate on the 24 March 2016 on Court Closures, I wanted to highlight the fact that the IT system which was introduced to  make it easier to access the court was not operating efficiently and effectively. So I asked the Shadow Justice Minister

Valerie Vaz: Does my hon. Friend agree that the IT system is a failure? How could the Minister possibly assert that it is a good replacement for the reductions in the court estate?
