Valerie speaks to students at Walsall College

I enjoyed speaking to students at Walsall College on Monday 5 June 2017 about what a Labour government will do for young people.

I told students that a Labour government will abolish university tuition fees from September 2017 and reintroduce maintenance grants, bring back nursing training bursaries, make further Education courses free at the point of use, ban exploitative zero hours contracts and introduce a minimum wage of £10 per hour by 2020 offering a real living wage.
