I met residents of Beacon Heights at the AGM of the Beacon Heights Action Group at Great Barr Memorial Hall on Saturday 30 March 2019.
We discussed the ongoing issues of HGVs using Pinfold Lane and congestion on Old Hall Lane.
I gave the meeting feedback on the action I had taken in liaising with the Police and Walsall council about making improvements to traffic arrangements and ensuring GPS services do not instruct HGV drivers to use Pinfold Lane as a through route to the M6.
The Beacon Heights Action Group allows residents to come together to take part in valuable discussions regarding the local area. Many of the issues are ongoing and I will continue to represent the residents to work towards a resolution.
