Mahatma Gandhi 75th Anniversary

An event was held in Parliament Square to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination on 30 January 1948 and Martyrs’ Day worldwide. Before the ceremony began the crowd gathered. Several tributes were paid throughout the ceremony.
