No CommentsOn Monday 26 April 2021, Parliament voted on Lords Amendments to the Financial Services Bill. I have been contacted by several constituents who have asked me to support mortgage prisoners, who find themselves stuck with high-interest mortgage products through no fault of their own.

Commonwealth War Graves Commission

On Thursday 22 April 2021 the Defence Secretary, made a statement on the special committee review into the historical actions of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. On behalf of the Government, the Secretary of State issued a formal apology for Britain’s failure to properly commemorate tens of thousands of black and Asian soldiers who died serving our country in World War One.
