Providers are judged against 21 criteria and recommendations may be made for improvement where care is found not to meet the required standards. I have received an alert for the following:
Prime Time Recruitment, Walsall
Enforcement action taken on 1 of 21 criteria:
Outcome 9: “People should be given the medicines they need when they need them, and in a safe way.”
The full CQC report can be viewed here.
Rubery Court, Darlaston
Improvements required on 2 of 21 criteria:
Outcome 4: “People should get safe and appropriate care that meets their needs and supports their rights.”
Outcome 7: “People should be protected from abuse and staff should respect their human rights.”
