There was a good turnout for the opening of the Darlaston All Active Community Garden on Thursday 30 September 2022. Sharon who runs the Community Centre together with volunteers have turned this space into an upcycled communal area. I met with Ray Dale, Secretary, Bob Thomas Vice Chair, and Helen Thorpe -Wood,  Disabled Supporters Officer of the Walsall FC Supporters Trust  and members of the Football Supporters Association. We discussed an ongoing issue that in  recent months that there is no disabled access for passengers alighting North Bound at Bescot Stadium Station.

On 22 September 2022 The Shadow Minister for Energy Ed Miliband asked an Urgent Question as the Government made an announcement about lifting the ban on fracking without announcing this to Parliament.  I was called to ask a question. The Secretary of State was referring to those of us who oppose the fracking as "Luddites"
