On Sunday 28 July 2024 I joined in the celebrations at Perfection Foods, Regal Drive where there was a religious ceremony and a celebration with a gathering of the members of Balwinder and Suhkdev Bath family, who won the company , and their family and those who work at the factory.

I returned to the Guru Nanak Temple in Caldmore on Sunday 28 July 2024 as I promised to do after the General Election. I spoke about the need to ensure we have social and economic justice and to all work for peace.

I visited Mattesley Court, Bloxwich to meet with the residents on Friday 26 July 2024. We had a very useful question and answer session and I discussed policy issues and casework. The staff do an incredible job for the residents and there are great facilities. I hope to return to meet with residents again.

On 21 May 2024 I chaired the debates in Westminster Hall from 2.30pm -5.30pm. There were 3 debates:

2.30pm Bus Services in England and the member in charge was Jonathan Gullis ( Stoke on Trent North).
