Thank you for visiting my website. You will find information about my work and my activities as the Member of Parliament on behalf of the people of Walsall South. You can contact me directly through the website and find details about my office. Owing to Covid-19 I am unable to meet at surgeries, and I am now conducting telephone surgeries. I use the House of Commons Parliamentary answering service when my office is busy or out of hours. Please leave your message with them and remember to give your name, address and contact details. The Answering Service will send me an email with your message

If you have any problem or issue you think I may be able to help you with, please do get in touch.

Please note that Members of Parliament are not an emergency service so do contact the appropriate emergency services when required.

I would like to thank the NHS for their wonderful service during the pandemic.

The Government have provided links to Guidance and there are helplines on a number of areas. I called for a statement from each Department and sector and helplines at Business Questions on 19 March 2020. I hope this helps. The advice and assistance may well be updated so do check the main Gov.uk website. Please use the contact form on my website if you have specific queries.

I visited Mindful Gifts CIC in Darlaston on Friday 20 March 2020. This wonderful shop will be operating as a community food and essential items outlet to help people who need essential items such as toilet paper, tinned foods and other grocery staples. They will be operating a 'delivery service' available for people who are vulnerable, isolating and in need of essential items. This will be run by volunteers in the community.

There are changes to public access of Parliament in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and the announcements made by the Prime Minister and Health Secretary. As the country works together against the coronavirus this means Parliament will need to restrict certain aspects of everyday life to prevent the risk of exposure to the public whilst continuing to keep the democratic process working.
