At Business Questions this week, I asked for adequate time for a debate and vote on Accountable Care Organisations in relation to an integrated health and social care system. The last time this Government tried to reorganise the NHS with the disastrous Health and Social Care Act 2012 it cost the country £3 billion.

On Wednesday 20 December 2017 the House debated the eighth and final day of the Committee stage of the EU Bill which is a Committee of the Whole House. A Committee of the Whole House takes place in the House of Commons Chamber and is presided over by the Chairman of the Ways and Means. This provides an opportunity for members to take part in the debate.

In Walsall today I visited Walsall Council’s Black Country Impact Team who were based at St Paul's at the Crossing.

I celebrated National Postal Workers Day and support Labour's plan to renationalise the Royal Mail and end cuts to the Post Office network.

I remembered those who died at Glenfell Tower and asked why the Prime Minister has not, 6 months later, failed to meet her own three week target to rehouse everybody affected by the tragedy.
