I raised a Point of Order on Thursday 22 March 2018. A Point of Order is a clarification on a matter of procedure in the House of Commons.
At Business Questions I raised the Brexit transition deal with the Leader of the House. The Opposition were the first to call for sensible transitional arrangements to protect jobs and the economy, while the Government wasted time fighting among themselves and pursuing reckless red lines that have now gone green.
I met Alfie Dingley’s father Drew Dingley in Parliament on 20 March 2018 which was organised by Rt Hon Sir Mike Penning MP.
On Sunday 18 March 2018 I was a guest on BBC Sunday Politics West Midlands. Topics for discussion were child sexual exploitation in Telford, voting problems in the 2017 General Election and the impact of Brexit on the horse racing industry.
