On Thursday 26 February 2015 Valerie Vaz, Member of Parliament for Walsall South and Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Epilepsy, spoke in a Back Bench Business Debate secured by Laura Sandys, Member of Parliament for South Thanet.
On Thursday 26 February 2015 Valerie met with the Rt Hon Norman Lamb MP, Minister of State for Care and Support, and the Rt Hon Andy Burnham MP, Shadow Secretary of State for Health, with members of John’s Campaign.
On Tuesday 24 February 2015 Valerie attended the conclusion of the House of Commons Commission Bill which makes changes to the House of Commons Commission the governing body of the Commons. Valerie was a member of the Select Committee that made recommendations for a progressive House of Commons.
On Tuesday 24 February 2015 at Health Question, Valerie raised the shortfall in the number of GPs in the NHS.
