Marking Holocaust Memorial Day this week, Valerie signed the Holocaust Educational Trust’s Book of Commitment in the House of Commons, honouring those who died during the Holocaust as well as honouring the extraordinary Holocaust survivors who work tirelessly to educate young people about what they endured.
Valerie questioned the Attorney-General, the Rt Hon Dominic Grieve QC MP at Questions to the Attorney-General in the House of Commons on Tuesday 7 January 2013.
On 3 January 2014 Valerie published a report into the use of higher rate telephone lines by Government department lines.
