On 1 February 2023 the House voted on amendments to the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill [Lords]. The UK Infrastructure Bank Bill 2022-23 would put the UK Infrastructure Bank on a statutory footing and clarify its powers to lend to local government.

On Monday 30 January the House debated amendments to the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill at committee stage. If passed, the Bill would allow the Government to impose requirements for minimum service levels during strikes in six sectors: health, fire and rescue, education, transport, nuclear decommissioning and border security.

I asked a Written Parliamentary Question (WPQ) to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions (DWP) on the use of the Household Support Fund: "To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will make an assessment of the implications for his policies of the number of people using the Household Support Fund to pay off debts to energy companies; and what assessment he has made of trends in the level of people using the Household Support Fund to pay off those debts."

On 30 January 2023 the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care made a statement to the House setting out his plans for an Urgent and Emergency Care Recovery Plan. There were no specific plans for social care so I asked the Minister:
