At Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Questions on 21 June 2022, I asked the Foreign Secretary during Topical Questions:
I attended a reception to mark Justice Week 2022 on Monday 20 June, hosted by The Bar Council, the Law Society of England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX). Justice Week serves as an opportunity to highlight issues confronting the sector and recognise the contribution made by legal services to national life.
I attended a launch event for the British Sign Language 999 app on Friday 17 June 2022 hosted by Action Deafness.
Alison Mackenzie hosted ITV Central Lobby and on Thursday 16 June 2022 I was a guest to discuss the latest political issues.
Make UK hosted an event which took place on Tuesday 14 June 2022 to discuss the challenges and opportunities the manufacturing industry is facing currently and to meet apprentices. In Walsall South there are 240 manufacturing businesses and 4500 manufacturing jobs. This represents over 10.23% of all jobs in the constituency.
