On Tuesday 14 June 2022 I sat on the Committee for the Draft Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) and Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Law of the Sea Convention) Amendment Order 2022.

At Health Questions on Tuesday 14 June 2022 I raised the leadership arrangements at Walsall Manor Hospital, which continues to have a joint Chair and a now permanent "Group CEO" with Wolverhampton NHS Trust. I asked the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care:
The Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Bill proposes legislative changes concerning freedom of speech at universities and higher education providers, and in Students' Unions. These include allowing individuals to bring legal proceedings against a provider or Students' Union if they are deemed to be failing to protect freedom of speech or academic freedom, and setting up a new complaints system with the Office for Students. The Bill had its Report Stage and Third Reading on Monday 13 June 2022.
I attended the Publishers Association Summer Reception on Monday 13 June 2022 to celebrate the importance of reading. This year's theme was "A book that made me".
