Vaisakhi in the House

I attended the British Sikh Consultative Forum (BSCF) Vaisakhi event in Parliament on 25 April 2023. It was hosted by Jane Stevenson MP and Pat McFadden MP. Key elected members of Parliament were invited to attend.

The event was supported by many others including Keir Starmer MP, Preet Gill MP, Tanmanjeet Singh Dhesi MP and Michael Gove MP. We heard from speakers from across the parties as well as from the Sikh community.

Vaisakhi has been celebrated in Parliament for many years and it was another fantastic celebration this evening.
