Valerie attends re-opening of Broadway West Playing Fields

On Saturday 15th March, Valerie was present at the re-opening of the Broadway West Playing Fields for community sporting use.

Valerie said:

“The event was a great success with many members of the community turning up to take part. Archery is now available at the site, with the football pitch open in August and the cricket pitch to be opened In April 2015.”

“It is important that the community take full advantage of this space and that the people of Walsall South, especially the younger generations, see the importance of an active, healthy lifestyle.”
