Valerie backs Action On Hearing Loss – Locate and Rate

Valerie met with Action on Hearing Loss and discussed their new innovative ‘Locate and Rate’ website. The website will help constituents to find local hearing services that will be best suited to their individual needs.

Valerie Vaz MP said:

“People take, on average, 10 years to address their hearing loss so, when someone decides to take action, it’s important that they can make informed decisions about which local hearing services to use.”

“I want to highlight to my constituents Action on Hearing Loss’s ‘Locate and Rate’ as it gives local people with hearing loss the opportunity to air their views about the issues that matter to them. It has the potential to be a real driving force in helping hearing services in Walsall to meet and exceed the expectations of service users.
